A little about us.

CO-FOUNDER

As a former restaurateur and attorney, Arash has taken the road less traveled to reach the world of commercial real estate. However, legal training, years of customer service, and the shared experience as an entrepreneur have proven to be a mix of qualities our clients trust and appreciate. In his free time Arash enjoys spending time with his wife Ana and their dog Riz, or at a nearby golf course attempting to learn the art of swinging a metal rod at a tiny white ball.

CO-FOUNDER

As a former analyst turned broker, Jason has worked on some of NYC’s most complex transactions and represented some of the city’s most exciting companies. From overseeing national corporate portfolios to advising the City of New York after Hurricane Sandy, Jason’s broad experience and analytical background enable him to bring a creative and strategic approach to helping our clients. When not thinking about real estate, Jason is setting off smoke detectors in his apartment in pursuit of a career as an amateur chef.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Tyler took an untraditional path into the world of commercial real estate. Working in sales for some notable tech brands like ZocDoc and Lemonade brought him to WeWork where he spent 7 years learning the business at its cutting edge. At WeWork he led large and complex transactions in NYC, and managed sales teams across all business segments throughout the city. This experience has given him a unique insight into the evolving workplace needs of companies large and small, and a command of the latest solutions to meet those needs. Outside of work, Tyler dedicates his time to his family and can be found on their property doing his best homesteader impression.
